非权力性影响力是由领导者自身素质和现实行为形成的自然性影响力,在护理管理过程中占主导地位。护士长的非权力性影响力直接影响着护士的工作,而科护士长的非权力性影响力直接影响者护士长的管理工作。科护士长的优良品格、高效工作的能力、丰富的知识、较高的情商等都对护士长提高管理工作效率起着决定性的作用。
The non-power influence is the the natural influence in the formation of the leader＇s own quality and real behavior,which is dominant in the care management process.The non-power influence of the head nurse impact the nurses＇ work directly.Further more,the non-power influence of the section head nurse impact the management process of the head nurses directly.The good character,ability to work efficiently,a wealth of knowledge,high EQ of the section head nurse plays a decisive role in improving the management efficiency of the head nurses.
