武汉市系统性红斑狼疮患者心理压力调查

Investigation of Patients with Systemic Iupus Erythematosus and Causes of Psychological Stress

目的:调查与分析住院系统性红斑狼疮患者的压力来源并制定护理措施。方法:对武汉市已经确诊的系统性红斑狼疮的240例患者采用问卷调查。结果:调查显示患者的主要压力来源来自于疾病相关的压力源,疾病产生的心理压力与性别、文化程度、病情程度等呈正相关,与患者及其家庭的经济水平呈负相关,与患者的职业、年龄、是否遗传和婚姻状况等无相关性。结论:及时发现患者的情绪变化,与患者多沟通,了解患者的心理活动,引导患者使用适当的减压方法。

Objective： Survey and Analysis of hospital sources of stress in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and develop nursing.Methods： Systemic lupus erythematosus has been confirmed,240 cases were treated by questionnaire.Results： The survey shows that the major source of stress in patients from the disease-related stressors,disease,the psychological stress and gender,educational level,the degree of illness was positively correlated with the patients and their family＇s economic level was negatively correlated with the patients occupation,age,marital status,genetic,and no correlation.Conclusion： The timely detection of emotional changes in patients,and patients communicate,understand the patient＇s mental activity,to guide patients to use the appropriate decompression method.
