上腹部创伤的CT诊断研究

CT on the Diagnosis of Abdominal Trauma

目的探讨上腹部创伤的CT诊断研究。方法对我院40例上腹部创伤的患者临床和CT影像学资料进行回顾分析。结果 40例患者中,肝损伤7例:肝内血肿1例,肝包膜下出血4例,肝破裂2例。脾损伤23例:腹腔积液10例,13例脾破裂,其中合并胰尾部断裂1例。肾损伤8例:肾内血肿3例,包膜下出血5例。2例为肠系膜撕裂伤。结论 CT检查可使上腹部创伤后病变的范围和部位清晰显示,依据对损伤不同程度的估计,为外科医生决定是否采取手术治疗起到了关键因素,可减少剖腹探查率,提高CT的检出率。

Objective Discussion CT on the diagnosis of abdominal trauma.Methods 40 patients in our hospital in patients with abdominal trauma on the clinical and CT imaging data were analyzed retrospectively.Results 40 patients,7 cases of liver damage：liver hematoma in 1 case,4 cases of hepatic subcapsular hemorrhage,liver rupture in 2 cases.23 cases of splenic injury：ascites in 10 cases,13 cases of splenic rupture,including 1 case of combined rupture of pancreatic tail.8 cases of renal injury：renal hematoma in 3 cases,5 cases of subcapsular hemorrhage.2 cases of mesenteric laceration.Conclusion Abdominal CT examination allows the scope and location of lesions in a clear display,according to estimates of varying degrees of damage,for the surgeon to decide whether to play a key factor in surgical treatment can reduce the laparotomy rate,and improve the detection rate of CT.
