早期胃癌患者与正常健康人血清IL-2表达

IL-2 Expression in Early Gastric Cancer Patients and Normal Healthy Human Serum

目的探讨胃癌患者及健康者血清IL-2水平变化。方法选取初次住院的早期胃癌患者共26例纳入本项研究。采集并分离所有受试者血清标本,ELISA方法检测血清IL-2水平。结果早期胃癌患者血清IL-2水平较正常健康人显著降低,差异具有统计学意义。结论血清IL-2水平可反映胃癌患者细胞免疫功能变化,这可能是肿瘤细胞发生免疫逃逸,从而导致肿瘤发生或者转移的一种原因之一。

Objective To investigate the gastric cancer patients and healthy controls serum IL-2 levels in.Methods Select the initial hospitalization were 26 cases of early gastric cancer patients included in clinical studies of this item.All subjects were collected and separated serum samples,ELISA to detect serum IL-2levels.Results Early gastric cancer in patients with IL-2 levels than normal,healthy people significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Serum IL-2level may reflect the cellular immune function in patients with gastric cancer,which may be immune escape tumor cells,resulting in a tumor or metastasis one of the reasons.
