男女精神分裂症患者的用药差异

Differences in Male and Female Patients with Schizophrenia Medication

目的了解男女精神分裂症患者用药的种类和剂量差异,为以后的临床合理用药提供相关依据。方法从2009年l～12月我院住院3个月以上的160例精神分裂症患者,其中男性精神分裂患者82例,女性患者78例为对象,进行对比分析。结果男性患者利培酮51例(62.20%)、阿立派唑13例(15.85%)、氯氮平10例(12.20%)、奥氮平8例(9.75%);女性精神分裂患者:利培酮31例(39.74%)、阿立派唑32例(41.02%)、舒必利12例(15.38%)、奥氮平3例(3.85%)。结论男女精神分裂症患者,在用药上首选利培酮。女患者的用药剂量略大于男患者,阿立派唑在女性患者的用量也较大,但没有显著差别。

Objective To understand the types of male and female patients with schizophrenia medication and dose differences in the clinical use of drugs for later provide evidence.Methods From 2009 l～12 hospitalized more than three months our hospital 160 patients with schizophrenia,in which 82 patients with schizophrenic male,78 cases of women as objects,were analyzed.Results Male patients with risperidone,51 patients（62.20%）,A Leekpai azole in 13 cases（15.85%）,clozapine in 10 patients（12.20%）,olanzapine in 8 cases（9.75%）;female patients with schizophrenia：Lee Pei-ketone 31（39.74%）,A Leekpai yl 32（41.02%）,sulpiride 12（15.38%）,3 cases of olanzapine（3.85%）.Conclusion The male and female patients with schizophrenia,the first choice in medication risperidone.Slightly larger than the female patients the dose of male patients,A Leekpai azole in the amount of female patients is also larger,but no significant difference.
