摘要
目的观察泽泻汤配合西药治疗颈性眩晕的治疗效果。方法将符合颈性眩晕诊断的患者84例随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例,观察组采用泽泻汤加味与敏使朗治疗,对照组只采用敏使朗治疗,14d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果观察组治愈0例、显效32例、有效9例、无效1例,有效率97.6%,对照组分别为19、20、3例,92.8%,2组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论泽泻汤加味配合西药治疗颈性眩晕可以明显提高疗效。
Objective To observe Alisma Decoction with western medicine treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods The diagnosis of cervical vertigo found 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,all 42 cases,with the observation group Alisma Decoction treated with sensitivity to Long,the control group treated only with sensitivity to Lang,14 days a course of treatment,observed after 3 courses of treatment.Results 0 cases were cured,32 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,1 patient,efficiency 97.6% in the control group were 19 cases,20 cases,3 cases,92.8%,the two groups,the difference was statistically significant significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Alisma Decoction in Treating Cervical Vertigo can significantly improve the outcome.
