摘要 目的研究2%利多卡因肾上腺素中加入地塞米松拔除阻生智齿中的临床效果。方法对26例患者52粒智齿,进行2种方法拔除的对照比较。结果治疗组显效19例、有效5例、无效2例,总有效率92.2%;对照组显效0例、有效10例、无效16例,总有效率38.2%。2组资料经卡放计算总有效率相差显著(P<0.01)。加地塞米松组术中疼痛明显减轻,术后并发症明显减少。结论用2%利多卡因肾上腺素中加入地塞米松拔除阻生智齿更安全、简便,更易为医生掌握,为患者接受。 Objective To study the 2% lidocaine epinephrine added to dexamethasone-third-molar extraction in the clinical effect.Methods 52 patients with 26 cases of wisdom teeth,removal of two methods for comparison.Results The treatment group 19 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate 92.2%;control group,0 cases markedly effective,10 cases of effective,16 cases of null and void.The total effective rate 38.2%.Two sets of data released by the card has calculated the total efficiency of a significant difference(P0.01).Plus dexamethasone group significantly reduce intraoperative pain,postoperative complications decreased significantly.Conclusion The 2% lidocaine with epinephrine added to dexamethasone-third-molar extraction safer,simpler,easier for physicians to master,for the patients.
