The development of the new strategic industries must depend on carrying through the Scientific Outlook on Development and innovation.But the financial support to the new strategic industries＇ improvement is of vital importance.Based on the analysis of current developing situation of new strategic industry in Changsha,the paper points out that financial clustering is the goal of its development.It also analyzes the working mechanism of financial clustering and gives suggestions on promoting new strategic industries in Changsha and innovative model of financial products.
