Analysis on the Models of Agricultural Insurance in Hunan

湖南是农业大省,发展农业保险,对确保农业经济的持续增长及农村社会稳定有着重要意义。经历几十年的发展,湖南省政策性农业保险已经初步形成自己的特点,并建立了三种主要模式,从总体来看,尽管成效不小,但仍需要在立法、风险分散、需求激励以及技术创新等方面进行改革,以达到优化保险制度模式的目的。

As an agricultural giant,it is very important to develop agricultural insurance which makes great contributions to the steady growth of the agricultural economy and the stability of the countryside in Hunan Province.During these years,the policy-guided agricultural insurance in Hunan has formed its own characteristics,and three kinds of models have been founded.Despite the rapid progress,legal system and reinsurance should be built and the desire for agricultural insurance as well as technical innovation should be promoted to optimize the models.
