摘要
提出了一种基于数控加工文件代码进行曲面反求的方法.利用数控程序提取机床刀具运动轨迹的三坐标数值,对三坐标数值进行数据处理;建立了刀具运动轨迹的点云文件,通过点云数据文件求取刀具中心的轨迹曲面;根据使用刀具的半径,偏置刀具包络面获得工件型面.采用计算机辅助设计技术,同时结合计算机编程进行加工代码处理,最终实现了在一定精度下的曲面反求.所用算例实验结果表明:点云数据与复杂曲面模型的平均误差为0.546 668 mm,最大误差为1.463 36 mm.
A reverse method for surface modeling was presented based on manufacturing file code.Three dimensional coordinates of cutting tool's path were extracted with the NC program and then processed to establish the relevant point cloud data file,through which the tool-path surface was calculated.The work piece surface was obtained according to the tool-path surfaces,the radius of tool,and modeling surface of tool offset.Surface reverse under certain precision was eventually realized by using computer aided design and computer programs to deal with the manufacturing codes.The experimental results of the calculation example showed that the average error between the surface and the point cloud was 0.546 668 mm,and the maximal one was 1.463 36 mm.
