摘要
本文简要回顾了特殊有毒物质—化学武器的高温焚烧销毁技术及其存在的缺点。对销毁化学武器的几种替代技术做了评价 ,较详细地介绍了最新的等离子弧销毁技术。这些技术原则上也适用于有毒有害废弃物的彻底销毁处置。
The high-temperature incineration tech\|nology for the chemical weapons--the special toxic material--and its disadvantages have been briefly introduced.Alternative technologies for the incineration of the chemical weapons have been evaluated.The thermal plasma technology is a new technology for destruction of chemical weapons.Those destruction technologies can be also applicable to disposal of the toxic and hazardous waste material in principle.
