摘要
目的评价老年脑卒中住院康复患者的营养状况。方法选取199例老年脑卒中住院患者,利用微型营养评价法评估3个月内的营养状况。结果 199名老年住院患者中,营养正常者有62人,占总人数的31.15%,潜在营养不良者35人,占总人数的17.59%,营养不良者102人,占总人数的51.26%。结论营养不良是老年脑卒中患者普遍存在的问题,应该将营养评估作为一项入院常规检查。
Objective To evaluate the nutrition state of elderly stroke patients.Methods The nutrition status of199 hospitalized elderly stroke patients were investigated with MNA questionnaire.Results The MNA assessment showed that 31.15% were "well nutrition",17.59% were"at risk",51.26% were malnutrition.Conclusion Malnutrition is a ubiquitous question.Evaluate of nutrition should be a routine examination.
