摘要
以包钢现场65Mn连铸坯为试样,通过Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对其热塑性进行了测试,并通过SEM断口分析研究了不同温度下组织及断口形貌,确定了950℃为最佳塑性温度。在实际生产中以此为理论依据正确设定轧制温度参数,并成功生产出各项性能满足要求的65Mn产品。
In the paper,the hot plasticity of 65Mn continuous casting billet produced by Baotou Steel is tested with Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator as well as the optimal plastic temperature of 950 ℃ is determined by studying the appearance of structure and fracture of different temperatures with SEM facture analysis.In the actual production,the proper rolling temperature parameters are set based on this and 65Mn products that all performances meet the requirements are successfully manufactured.
