Optimization and Effects of Control Process for RH Furnace

通常钢厂生产品种钢工艺流程为:铁水预处理→转炉→LF及钙处理→RH→浇铸。在上述工艺流程的基础上,对RH炉控制进行了新工艺研究,为冶炼高级别品种钢创造条件。

Generally,the process flow of manufacturing steels in steel mills is as follows：pretreatment of liquid iron→converter→LF and calcium treatment→RH→casting.On the basis of the above process flow,new technical study was introduced to control the RH furnace,which has created conditions for smelting high grade steels.
