海湾大桥施工隐患动态预测与双线控制研究

摘要 目前桥梁施工安全的研究,从宏观和微观两方面相结合的系统研究比较欠缺。根据大桥施工特点,从时间和空间角度,采取"线-点-面-点-面"分析方法,把桥梁建设的工艺过程看作线,具体的工艺看作点,各工艺的影响因素组成面,把每一影响因素看作点,各影响因素的影响指标组成面,以各工艺点为核心,对事故隐患进行全方位动态分析,结合计算机软件,利用小波神经网络评价各工艺点危险性。通过在青岛海湾大桥进行应用,能够全面分析出施工中存在的隐患、评价其危险性,根据大桥实际情况,制定"双线"措施,从整体上制定主线措施,对各工艺点采取支线措施,确保每个环节安全性,通过采取宏观性的主线措施和有针对性的支线措施,保证了大桥的安全生产。 Nowadays the study of bridge construction is short of systematic research from micro and macro points.Based on the characteristics of bridge construction,the hidden trouble influencing safety construction is analyzed in the view of time and space by the method of 'line-dot-face-dot-face'.In the method,the whole construction process is seemed as 'line',the exact technology as 'dot',and all the influential factors constitute 'face'.Every influential factor is considered as 'dot'.On the basis of every influential factor,the influential indexes form 'face'.With this method,hidden risk can be mainly got.Then the risk is assessed by the method of Wavelet Neural Network,combining computer software.On the basis of the above analysis,the 'double-line' measurement is made.One line is the main line,and the regulations are made from the macro perspective.The other is a branch line made for every factor.It was used in Qingdao bay bridge.The practical situation shows that the research result can match the reality.Almost all the hidden trouble can be found and the bridge construction can be developed safely.
