摘要
根据现有安全预警理论以及起重机械使用过程中存在的问题,提出建立起重机危险源辨识和报警的机制。该机制由先进的测试与分析系统、高素质的研究型人才、企业单位的配合与支持以及足够的经费4部分支撑,利用实时监控,数据分析,警报处理和修理排除故障4个环节的循环运行,使得安全监控与起重机作业同步进行。起重机安全预警机制的引入,可降低起重机械的使用风险,延长设备的使用寿命并提高经济效益,也是起重机安全运行的一个必然趋势。
Presently potential security dangers and production accidents always occur in crane machinery.Based on the existing security early warning theory and the risk factors of crane on the running state,hazard identification and forewarning mechanism of crane is presented.The mechanism is supported by four parts,which include advanced test and analysis system,high quality talents,associated enterprises and enough funds.Finally,security monitoring and normal operation of crane are realized simultaneously via a cyclic practice constituting real-time monitoring,data analysis,alarm processing and debugging.By constructing the security early warning system,the risk probability can be decreased,the service life of crane machinery can be prolonged and risk economic loss can be controlled.The early warning mechanism will be an inevitable trend in crane security field.
