带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折

The treatment of old femoral neck fracture in young adults with iliac vascular pedicle iliac bone transplantation

目的:探讨应用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法:对16例青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折行切开复位内固定,取带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植于股骨颈骨折处。结果:12例患者获随访,均愈合,愈合时间一般为6个月。未发生股骨头缺血性坏死。结论:采用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折可提高骨折的愈合率,同时减少股骨头坏死的发生。

Objective To study the vascular pedicle with deep iliac circumflex iliac flap transplantation for treatment of old femoral neck fracture in young adults Clinical results.Methods 16 cases of young old femoral neck fracture with open reduction and internal fixation with iliac taken vascular pedicle iliac graft in femoral neck fracture.Results 12 patients were followed,were healing,healing time is usually 6 months.Avascular necrosis did not occur.Conclusion Used with iliac vascular pedicle iliac bone graft treatment of old femoral neck fracture in young adults can increase the rate of fracture healing,while reducing the incidence of osteonecrosis.
