外来建设者便秘患者胃肠通过时间测定及其意义

The measurement and its clinical significance of gastrointestinal transit time in Shenzhen nonnative workers with constipation

目的:为了解深圳外来建设者便秘的特点,检测其胃肠通过时间情况。方法:采用双不透X线标志物法检测了60例健康志愿者和68例便秘患者的胃肠通过时间,并进行比较。结果:便秘组胃肠通过时间(GITT)较对照组明显延长;并根据其延长部位分为右半结肠无力型、左半结肠无力型、出口梗阻型及全结肠无力型。结论:GITT测定对深圳外来建设者便秘的诊断分型及其治疗指导上具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the features of Shenzhen non-native workers＇constipation,their gastrointestinal transit time（GITT） were measured.Methods GITT was measured in 60 healthy volunteers and 68 patients with constipation usintg double radioopaque marker（ROM） method.Results The GITT of patients with constipation were remarkably prolonged than the volunteers＇;constipation was classified as right colon inertia,left colon inertia,outlet obstrunction and total colon inertia according to the delayed segment of colon.Conclusion GITT measurement was important to diagnosis and classification,could be guiding to the treatment of constipation of Shenzhen non-native workers.
