产科手术中预防性应用抗生素的临床观察

Obstetric surgery in the clinical observation of prophylactic antibiotics

目的：探讨产科手术中如何预防性使用抗生素。方法：观察分析我院2009年~2010年产科手术中预防性使用抗生素的情况。2009年选用两种以上抗生素,用药时间平均为5.25 d。2010年选用一种抗生素,平均用药时间3.11 d。结果：两种用药方案手术后患者感染率无明显差异。结论：产科手术中预防性使用抗生素应选择单一剂量、价廉、耐受好的药物,且短程使用。

Objective To investigate how the surgery obstetric antibiotic prophylaxis.Methods in our hospital in 2009,2010,the annual output of surgical prophylactic antibiotics.2009 use two or more antibiotics,medication average of 5.25 days.An antibiotic use in 2010,the average treatment time of 3.11 days.Results Both regimens in patients after surgery no significant difference in infection rates.Conclusions The prophylactic use of antibiotics in obstetric surgery should choose a single dose,low cost,well tolerated drugs,and short-range use.
