电视胸腔镜手术治疗老年早期肺癌的临床体会

The clinical experience of Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for the elderly patients with early lung cancer

目的:总结电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗老年早期肺癌患者的经验。方法:回顾性分析21例65岁以上老年肺癌患者VATS手术治疗的临床资料。结果:治愈21例,无一例死亡。结论:VATS切口小,损伤小,患者痛苦少,对肺功能影响小,对老年患者是一个安全的选择,通过充分的术前准备,积极防治术后并发症,可以获得相对良好的治疗效果。

Objective Sum up experience of Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for the elderly patients with early lung cancer.Methods Review and analyze the clinical reports of 21 cases of elderly lung cancer patients above 65 years old.Results Patients are cured in all 21 cases,and no case died.Conclusion VATS cause small surgery incision,acceptable damage,tolerable pains to patients,reduced influence on lung function,which make it a safe choice for elderly patients.Through pre-surgery preparation and active precautions and treatments on postoperative complications both contribute to good results.
