摘要
实验采用密封微波溶样时堆肥及沥滤波样品进行了消化,以导数火焰原子吸收法测定了其中的Zn、Cu、Cd;通过实验,建立了密封微波溶样-导数火焰原子吸收法测定环境样品金属元素的新方法,并对所测元素在两种样品中的分布及处理对策进行了探讨。
A new method is presented for the determination of copper, zinc and cadmium in compost andleachate by derivative atomic absorption spectrometry (DAAS), using closed-vessel microwave digestion. Thecharacteristic concentration and detection limit were greatly improved compared with conventional FAASmethod. The distribution of the three elements in compost and leachate was compared, and some detailed studywas made of the dispose of rubbish and leachate.
