2株越橘菌根菌培养条件的研究 被引量:5

摘要 对分离自越橘根内的2株菌根真菌进行了生理学特性研究,明确了2株菌根真菌的最佳培养条件,为其菌丝体扩繁和菌剂生产奠定基础。采用固体培养,研究不同培养温度、pH值、碳源、氮源对2种菌根真菌生长的影响。结果表明:2种真菌生长的最佳条件不完全相同,A菌和D菌最适生长温度为25℃,属中温菌;2种菌根真菌在pH值3.0~9.0都能生长,A菌最适生长pH值为5.0,D菌为6.0;A菌和D菌生长速度最快的碳源分别为淀粉和乳糖;A菌对不同氮源的利用效果差异性不明显,D菌最适氮源为硝酸钾。
