解肌宁嗽丸中葛根素含量的测定研究

Determination of Puerarin Contents in Jiejiningsou Pills

[目的]建立解肌宁嗽丸的质量控制方法。[方法]建立HPLC法测定制剂中葛根素含量的方法。色谱柱:C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),柱温:25℃;流动相:甲醇-水(25:75),流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:250nm。[结果]葛根素在0.338～1.690μg范围内线性关系良好,R=0.9999。[结论]本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为解肌宁嗽丸的质量控制方法。

[Objective]To establish a HPLC method for determination Puerarin in Jiejiningsou Pills.[Method]The column was C18（250×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-water（25：75）and the flowrate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 250nm.[Results]Puerarin has a good linear between 0.338-1.690μg.[Conclusion]The method is smiple and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Puerarin in Jiejiningsou Pills.
