早、中期慢性肾衰竭的中医规范化治疗及疗效分析

Standardized TCM Treatment and Curative Effect Analysis to the Early and Middle Stages of Chronic Renal Failure

[目的]评估中医规范化治疗早、中期慢性肾衰竭的疗效。[方法]按血肌酐(Scr)水平不同将90例早、中期慢性肾衰竭患者分为三组,每组30例,分别给予中药口服、中药口服加灌肠、中药口服加灌肠加结肠透析治疗,中药口服按中医辨证本虚标实程度不同选择不同剂量,以血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、中医证候等为疗效指标。[结果]治疗后各组Scr、BUN、Ccr及中医证候积分均较治疗前显著改善(均P<0.01)。[结论]中药口服、中药保留灌肠、结肠透析多途径给药的中医规范化治疗对早、中期慢性肾衰竭有较好疗效。

[Objective]to evaluate the curative effect of standardized TCM treatment of early and middle stages of chronic renal failure（CRF）.[Methods]According to the serum creatinine（Scr） level,90 patients with early and middle stages of CRF are divided into 3 groups with 30 patients each,which were given remedial approaches of oral Chinese medicine,oral Chinese medicine and enema,oral Chinese medicine and enema together with colon dialysis respectively.Oral Chinese medicine chooses different doses according to root vacuity and tip repletion differentiation of TCM syndrome.Serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,endogenous creatinine clearance（Ccr） and TCM syndrome points are as index of curative effect.[Results]BUN,Scr,Ccr and TCM syndrome points of each group are all ameliorated obviously compared after with before treatment（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Standardized TCM treatment of early and middle stages of CRF has good curative effect with multi-channel dosing methods of oral TCM medicine,Chinese medicine enema and colon dialysis.
