摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎疗效。[方法]60例为西医治疗组与中西医结合治疗组各30例。西医组用善宁抑制胰液分泌,头孢类药物抗感染。中西医结合治疗组在上述基础上加用清胰大柴胡汤。每日1剂。均10天为1个疗程。[结果]两组临床治愈为19例、18例,显效10例、6例,有效1例、4例,无效1例、2例。[结论]中西医结合组明显优于西医治疗组。
[Objective]Integrative Medicine acute pancreatitis.[Method]60 patients treated with Western medicine in the combination therapy group and 30 cases each.Western group with octreotide inhibit pancreatic secretion,cephalosporins antibiotics.In the combination therapy group based on the above plus Qingyi Dacaihu soup.Day 1.Are 10 days for a course of treatment.[Results]two groups of 19 were clinically cured,18 cases,effective in 10 cases,6 cases were effective in 1 case,4 cases and 1 case,2 cases.[Conclusion]Integrative Medicine treated group was significantly better than Western medicine.
