富马酸铁颗粒联合抚触治疗婴幼儿缺铁性贫血疗效观察

The effect observation of ferrous fumarate granules combined with massage in infant with iron-deficiency anemia

目的观察富马酸铁颗粒联合抚触治疗婴幼儿缺铁性贫血(IDA)的临床疗效。方法 241例IDA患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组120例给予富马酸铁颗粒口服;治疗组121例在对照组的基础上增加抚触治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效和依从性。结果治疗组有效率为86.78%高于对照组的60.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患儿依从性为80.99%高于对照组的52.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论富马酸铁颗粒联合抚触治疗婴幼儿IDA疗效好,使用安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of ferrous fumarate granules combined with massage in infant with iron-deficiency anemia（IDA） .Methods 241 cases infants with IDA were randomly divided into treatment group（121 cases） and control group（120 cases） .Control group were given Ferrous fumarate granules;On the basis of control group,treatment group were increased massage treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment group（86.78%） was higher than that of control group（60.38%）（P0.01） .Compliance of treatment group（80.99%） was higher than that of control group（52.50%）（P0.01） .Conclusion Ferrous fumarate granules combined with massage in infant with IDA is effective and safe.
