Development of environmental surveillance computer management information system

结合浙江省环保局环境监理信息系统的课题，对环境监理计算机管理信息系统软件进行了总体设计，该软件选择Win95为操作平台、VisualBasic5．0为编程软件及Access2．0为数据库软件，设计了界面友好的管理信息系统，并设计和建立数据库系统，同时对系统的界面设计风格进行了说明。

According to the project of Zhejiang Province Environmental Surveillance Computer Management Information System, the module, the database and the interface design of the system were discussed. The system selects Win 95 as platform, Visual Basic 5. 0 as program, and Access 2. 0 as database program. A friendly-interface,easy-operation and safety computer management information system had been developed.
