肛瘘的诊治现状 被引量：15

摘要 肛瘘是肛管直肠疾病中的常见病，约占总发病率的30％。高发年龄在20-40岁，男女比例约为2：1，婴幼儿也常发病。高位复杂肛瘘治疗难度大，是世界公认的外科领域内难治性疾病之一。
