摘要
乙型病毒性肝炎（viral hepatitis B）是由乙型肝炎病毒引起的以肝脏损害为主的全身性传染病。主要经体液传播,输血或血液制品、使用未严格消毒的注射器、生活上的密切接触可能导致传播;母婴垂直传播是目前备受关注的传播途径,是导致小儿乙型肝炎的主要因素。
