摘要
探讨了用陶粒处理含镍废水试验中陶粒用量、废水酸度、接触时间等因素对除镍效果的影响。结果表明,在废水p H= 3 ~10 、Ni 2 + 浓度为0 ~200 mg/L 范围内,按镍/陶粒重量比为1/400 投加陶粒进行处理,镍的去除率达99 % 以上。处理后的废水可达排放标准。
The treatment of nickel-containing wastewater with ceramisite was experimentally investigated. The result showed that the rate of nickel removal >99%, when pH3~10 and Ni2+ concentration was at 0~ 200mg/L, Ni/ceramisite ratio was 1:400. The treated effluent would be met the National Wastewater Discharge Standard.
