用陶粒处理含镍废水的试验研究

Experimental Study on the Treatment of Nickel Containing Wastewater with Ceramisite.

探讨了用陶粒处理含镍废水试验中陶粒用量、废水酸度、接触时间等因素对除镍效果的影响。结果表明，在废水ｐ Ｈ＝ ３ ～１０ 、Ｎｉ ２ ＋ 浓度为０ ～２００ ｍｇ／Ｌ 范围内，按镍／陶粒重量比为１／４００ 投加陶粒进行处理，镍的去除率达９９ ％ 以上。处理后的废水可达排放标准。

The treatment of nickel-containing wastewater with ceramisite was experimentally investigated. The result showed that the rate of nickel removal >99%, when pH3～10 and Ni2+ concentration was at 0～ 200mg/L, Ni/ceramisite ratio was 1:400. The treated effluent would be met the National Wastewater Discharge Standard.
