摘要
从出现大规模浒苔聚集的青岛海域和其他中国东部沿海地区的12个样点采集了浒苔样品,对其5S rDNA间隔区序列和ITS序列进行了测定.并通过分子系统发育分析,探讨了中国东部沿海地区浒苔之间以及中国浒苔和日本浒苔之间的亲缘关系.结果表明:包括青岛在内的大部分地区的浒苔主要由2种类型的浒苔组成,并与已知的中国浒苔和日本浒苔有明显差异.这种浒苔类型的分子生物学分析将为浒苔来源的分析提供有效依据.
Thirteen Ulva samples were collected from eastern coastal region of China,including coastal region of Qingdao where severe Ulva bloom was identified.The sequences of 5S rDNA spacer region and internal transcribed spacers(ITS) from those samples were sequenced.Phylogenetic analysis revealed the phylogenetic affinity of Ulva prolifera within China and between China and Japan.The results indicated that most of samples,including samples from Qingdao,were formed by two distinctly groups of Ulva which is different from any known Ulva species in China and Japan.The molecular analysis of Ulva types would be support information for the analysis of possible source of Ulva.
