摘要 目的 探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在手术创口感染中的早期诊断价值.方法 对321例手术后创口感染的患者动态监测术后hs-CRP的变化,同时统计患者的手术创口感染率.结果 术后创口并发感染者hs-CRP变化率明显高于非感染者(P<0.01) hs-CRP变化率预测手术创口发生感染的ROC曲线下面积为0.892,面积的标准误为0.020(P<0.01) 随着hs-CRP变化率的逐渐增高,其预测术后创口感染的敏感性逐渐降低,但特异性明显升高.结论 hs-CRP监测对术后创口感染有早期预警价值. Objective To explore the value of high sensitive C-reactive protein in predicting the infection of patients after operation. Methods To detect the change of high sensitive C-reactive protein in 321 postoperative patients, at the same time, the Surgical site infection rate were measured. Results If the postoperative infection burst, high sensitivity C-reactive protein decreased significantly in slowing down, or even increased. Conclusion The high sensitive C-reactive protein seems to be an important index to predict Surgical site infection.
