受血者RhE抗原的鉴定及其临床意义

Detection of RhE antigen in transfusion patients and its clinical significance

目的 揭示各种意外抗体在饨邮苁溲瘟苹颊咧械募斐銎德始疤氐？方法 对每例患者均进行ABO和RhD血型鉴定,并采用微柱凝胶法进行意外抗体筛选,抗体阳性者进一步作抗体特异性鉴定及相应抗原的检测.结果 38 090例患者中抗体筛选阳性者共28例,经鉴定抗-E 16例,抗-D 1例,抗-C 2例,抗-c 1例,抗-e 2例,抗-M 5例,抗-A1 1例.结论 在检出的意外抗体中抗-E所占的比例最高,建议有条件的医院将RhE抗原的检测也列为输血前血型常规检查项目.

Objective To detect the frequency and characteristic of various unexpected antibodies in patients who would manage with transfusion therapy. Methods ABO and RhD blood groups were typed for every patient, and the unexpected antibody was screened by micro-column gel method. Furthermore, the antibody specificity and the corresponding antigen were identified for patients with positive resurts of antibodies screening. Results A total 28 patients have positive results in antibody screening among 38090 patients, in which contained 16 anti-E, 1 anti-D, 2 anti-C, 1 anti-c, 2 anti-e, 5 anti-M and 1 anti-A,, respectively. Conclusion The anti-E antibody has the highest proportion in all detectable unexpected antibodies. We suggest that the RhE antigen typing should be added to routine pre-transfusion assay.
