腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗胃间质瘤25例分析

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤是一种胃肠道非上皮源性的间质肿瘤，临床上比较少见，发生率为1／10万～2／10万，可发生于消化道任何部位，其中大部分位于胃（52％～58％）阁，目前，手术仍是治疗胃间质瘤的主要手段，腹腔镜技术由于具有创伤小，恢复快等优点，结合胃镜定位，逐渐应用于胃间质瘤手术中。近年来笔者应用腹腔镜联合胃镜行胃间质瘤切除25例，取得了较满意的疗效，现将结果报道如下。
