胸腺瘤27例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 胸腺瘤是最常见的前纵隔肿瘤，它起源胸腺上皮细胞。胸腺瘤因其潜在的侵袭性而被认为是恶性肿瘤，并且常伴有重症肌无力、红细胞发育不良、低丙种球蛋白血症等副瘤综合征，因此受到广泛的关注。现对我院收治的胸腺瘤患者的临床资料进行综合分析，对相关的诊断和外科治疗进行总结，报道如下。
