永磁同步电机的快速启动方案设计

Fast starting-up method of PMSM based on incremental encoder

简述了普通增量式光电编码器以及空间矢量控制方法原理,针对永磁同步电机启动转矩小,以及其启动速度慢等问题,提出了对电机定子特定位置加电压,并保持加电位置与转子相对位置不变的加速启动方法。通过数字信号处理控制器为平台对永磁同步电机进行快速启动控制。实验结果表明:该方法可以满足永磁同步电机的快速可靠启动。

Introduced the operating principle of Incremental Encoder and space vector control method,bringing a new method of motor starting-up based on Incremental Encoder.This motor starting-up control system was implemented by DSP as core.The results showed that it could starting-up the PMSM quickly and successfully.
