摘要 针对传统测试方法所存在的局限性,根据线性增压载流子瞬态谱(CELIV)这一原理,以LabVIEW8.60为平台设计半导体载流子迁移率测试系统。介绍了系统的硬件、软件构成,详细介绍了软件的设计及功能实现。测试结果表明,该系统具有较好的数据采集、数据保存、显示功能与可操作性,同时软件具有参数设置灵活、可二次开发等优点。 Aiming at solving the limitations of traditional equipments and methods,this paper set up a measurement system for the charge carrier drift mobility on the basis of the theory of carrier extraction by linearly increasing voltage(CELIV),regarding LabVIEW8.60 as a platform.It describes the overall design concept of the measurement system,hardware components,software development and its functional realization.Testing result shows the system has done well in data acquisition,data storage,display function and maneuverability,furthermore,the software also has outstanding ability in parameters setting and second development.
