摘要 随着电子技术的飞速发展,嵌入式系统在工业领域得到初步的应用,针对工业的需求,结合实际,精选优化各种方法,提出了1种基于以太网的电机控制与诊断方案,阐述了具体的实现过程。基于以太网的电机控制与诊断系统采用C8051F020单片机作为系统的核心控制器件,通过RTL8019AS网卡与Internet在物理上连接起来,并在C8051F020单片机嵌入了精简优化后的TCP/IP协议,通过单片机本身产生SPWM脉冲,控制变频器,实现对电机的调速控制,通过参数的采集,可以有效的对电机故障进行在线诊断。 With the rapid development of electronics technology,embedded system has the application of initial stage to industry.This paper which is designed aiming at industry requirements and combining theory with practice,picking and optimizing many methods,brings forwards a scheme of remote control of electrical machinery and diagnosis based on Ethernet and expounds the process of realization.The system of remote control of electrical machinery and diagnosis based on Ethernet takes the single chip of C8051F020 as the key controller and connects C8051F020 with Internet via RTL8019AS network card and embeds the concise TCP/IP protocol.It produces SPWM impulse via the single chip itself and controls the transducer to realize the control of changeable speed and can diagnose the trouble of electrical machinery effectively online.
