摘要
介绍了X90钢级管线钢钢带的情况,分析研究了X90钢级螺旋缝埋弧焊管的力学性能,焊接接头的组织形貌、硬度及其分布等。提出了优化钢带合金成分,提高钢带头尾屈服强度、冷却速度,降低卷曲温度,进一步研究试样类型对拉伸试验的影响,制定X90钢级管线管标准等建议。
Generally described is the strip steel for the X90 linepipe;studied are the main aspects of the X90 SAWH pipe,including the mechanical properties,and the structural morphology,hardness and hardness distribution of the welded joint.As a result,relevant suggestions are proposed,namely,optimizing the alloy el-ements of the strip steel,enhancing the strip＇s end yield strength and cooling velocity,reducing the strip coiling temperature,further investigating the effect by the specimen type on the result of the tensile test,and establishing the standard of the X90 linepipe.
