摘要
对川气东送管道工程用国产X70钢级Φ1016mm×21mm直缝埋弧焊管的化学成分、拉伸性能、冲击性能等进行统计分析,并将其与西气东输一线工程中进口的同类钢管进行对比。结果表明,国产X70钢级直缝埋弧焊管的强度、低温冲击韧性等力学性能优异,已达到进口的同类钢管水平。
Statistically analyzed in the article are the chemical composition,the tensile property and the impact property of the Φ1 016 mm× 21 mm X70 SAWL pipe as used for the Sichuan-East Natural Gas Pipeline Project.Additionally a comparison of the said pipe with the similar pipes imported from abroad for the same pro-ject is also made.As a result,it is identified that the former has been of the same excellent level as that of the latter in terms of strength and mechanical properties like low-temperature impact property.
