摘要
介绍了天津赛瑞机器设备有限公司新研发的Φ340mm钢管水压试验机系统的主要技术参数、工艺过程、工作原理和主要设备的功能与结构。该水压试验机组吸收了国内外现有水压试验机在工艺、结构上的优点,最大的特点是把传统的单梁或双梁机架改为四梁机架结构。
Described here in the paper are the main aspects of the Φ340 mm steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine newly-developed by Tianjin SERI Machine Equipment Co.,Ltd.,covering the key technical data,the process flow,the operating principle,and the functions and structures of the key equipment units.The hydro-testing machine combines the technological and structural advantages of the similar machines currently-used both at home and abroad,and above all,features a four-beam frame structure which is quite different from the con-ventional single-beam or double-beam frame structure
