摘要
介绍了串口通信技术，并用VB的通信控件，完成了SOE和ALARM转储系统的开发应用，成功实现了华中电网调度通信化监控系统部分功能的技术改造，并取得了良好的效果。
This paper described communication tech-nology of serial port. The Active-X for communicationin Visual BASIC is used for developing the applicationof SOE and ALARM dump system. According to themethod, the partial functions of dispatch automationmonitor system are triumphantly achieved in CentralChin Power System. Now it has had a good effect.
