摘要
本文采用微波消解、原子荧光光谱法对艾叶中微量汞进行测定。艾叶经微波消解后,以氯化亚锡为还原剂,将样品中汞离子还原成汞蒸气。汞含量在0~800ng/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9999;本法检出限为31ng/L,加标回收率在94%~100%之间。结果表明,该方法操作简便、快速、汞损失少、灵敏度高、重复性好。
A method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was applied to determinaation of mercury content in argy wormwood leaf .Divalent mercury ions in the samples were reduced by stannous chloride (SnCI2)which is a rather mild rdeucing agent in the chemical pre-treatment step .The calibration curve was linear over the mercury concentration ranges of 0-800ng/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The detection limit was 31ng/L,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were no more than 3.5%.Recovery of spiked samples was 94.6%-99.7%.These results showed the method is simple ,rapid,less mercury losses,high sensitivity and good repeatability
