基于最小二乘法的辊型检测方法研究

摘要 轧钢厂对轧辊每次换辊周期内的磨损量进行评估,进而建立一套完整的轧辊磨损量评估体系,对于降低吨钢辊耗、延长换辊周期、提高轧机效能,具有现实的指导意义和实用价值。利用计算机对涡流测距传感器的测量数据进行采集,应用最小二乘算法对测量数据进行处理,实现辊型的检测,进而得出轧辊换辊周期内的磨损量。从实验和分析结果看,该检测方法是有效可行的。 The wear amount on roll in each roll change cycle of the roller is evaluated and a complete set evaluation system is set up for roller wear.It has great realistic significance and practical value for reducing the steel roll consumption,prolonging roll change cycle,improving mill efficiency.The eddy current sensors measuring data was collected by the computer,the measuring data was processed using the least square algorithm to realize roll type of testing,then the wear amounts during roll changing cycle were get.From the experiment and analysis results show,the test method is practicable and effective.
