摘要
介绍了卷扬调速系统的基本运行方式,并从可靠性的角度分析了目前实际生产中常用的两种卷扬调速系统,阐述了它们的不足之处,并在此基础上提出了一种使用PLC和全数字化调速装置实现的卷扬调速优化系统—一种基于力矩跟随切换的卷扬调速控制系统。
This basic mode of winch operation control system is discussed,and the two kind of winch control system often used in product according the reliability are analyzed and their shortcomings are offered.A optimal speed system using of PLC and full digital speed control device that based on switching on torque are presented.
