竹炭改性聚酯流变性能研究 被引量:4

Rheological Behavior of Bamboo Charcoal Modified Polyester

摘要 采用博力飞黏度计测试竹炭改性聚酯熔体的流变性能,对其黏度、非牛顿指数、结构黏度指数进行分析。结果表明:竹炭改性聚酯表现为切力变稀流体,竹炭母粒的加入明显降低了纯聚酯的非牛顿指数,且使结构黏度指数较大幅度提高,可加工性降低,在挤出成型加工的剪切速率范围内(γ=103~104 s-1),熔体黏度较为稳定因,此适当降低成型温度有利于挤出成型的稳定性。 The rheological behavior of molten bamboo charcoal modified polyester were studied using Brookfield viscometers,and the viscosity,non-Newtonian index,and structural viscosity index were analyzed.The results show that molten bamboo charcoal modified polyester exhibits shear thinning fluid,non-Newtonian index decreases significantly and structural viscosity index increases obviously with the addition of bamboo charcoal masterbatch,but the viscosity is stable in the shear rate range of extrusion(γ=103~104 s-1).The molding temperature is reduced properly which is beneficial to the stability of extrusion processing.
