摘要
构建了微孔注塑充模过程的数学模型,并利用Moldflow Plastics Insight 6.1进行成型窗口模拟。在注射量、注射时间、熔体温度、模具温度四个工艺参数的可行区间内,分别确定三个值,构建正交化模拟试验并分别求解,利用信噪比极差法确定最优加工参数组合。结果表明:注射量是影响泡孔半径的主要因素,较高的注射量可以得到更加均匀细密的泡孔结构。
The model for filling of microcellular injection molding was constructed and solved using Moldflow Plastics Insight 6.1 to get the processing windows.The three levels of shot size,shot time,melt temperature,and mold temperature were defined in the feasible window,respectively,as well as orthogonal experiments were designed and solved.The simulation results were analyzed which based on the method of range analysis and ratio of signal to noise.The results show the most sensitive factor of cell radius is shot size,and the higher shot size can make the cell construction be finer and more uniform.
