摘要
由于高炮炮塔具有很大惯量,起始运动时不可能立即达到设定的速度。在随动系统试验中,如果给定试验信号的速度变化较大,会给该高炮的启动带来剧烈振荡,造成机械冲击。根据该型高炮测试试验的实际情况,实现了该型装备自动检测系统中正弦机典型控制信号,采用更为合理的引导算法,使引导信号与正常信号的衔接无速度、加速度的突变,达到了较好的效果。
Because of the great inertia of a certain type of anti-aircraft turret,it can not be reach the set speed immediate ly. In the servo system test, the given signal with large speed variation will bring the volatility which can cause mechanical impact on the artillery. Based on the actual situation of the test,the typical sinusoidal control signal of the automatic tes ting system is given. A more reasonable guidance algorithm is used, so that the interface between normal signals and guide signal has no mutation, which achieves good results.
