乳腺癌两种手术方式对女性婚姻质量的影响

Comparison of effects of two operative modes for breast cancer on marriage quality in females

目的比较乳腺癌保乳手术和改良根治术对女性婚姻质量的影响。方法同期选取接受保乳手术和改良根治术的乳腺癌患者各28例,在手术后6个月,采用自编调查问卷和Olson婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)进行调查。结果两种乳腺癌手术患者的婚姻质量在婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、性生活3个方面得分低于常模(P<0.01);保乳手术患者在婚姻质量的3个维度得分均高于改良根治术患者(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌手术后患者婚姻质量下降。保乳手术患者婚姻质量优于改良根治术患者,保乳手术对于保障乳腺癌女性婚姻质量有一定作用。

Objective To compare the effects of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy on the quality of female marriage. Methods Twenty eight women with breast cancer who had undergone breast conserving surgery or modified radical mas- teetomy were recruited. Six months after surgery, self questionnaires and self Olson marital quality questionnaire （ENRICH） were used investigate. Results The marital quality in that patients undergoing two modes of breast cancer surgery was lower than the norm （ P 〈 0.01 ） in marital satisfaction, couple communication exchange and sex life. Conserving the three dimensions of marital quality scores in the patients undergoing conserving surgery were higher than those in the patients undergoing modified radical masteetomy （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions After breast cancer surgery, patients quality of marriage declines. Patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery enjoy better marital quality than patients undergoing modified radical masteetomy ; breast-conserving surgery for the protection of women plays a role in ensuing marital quality.
