However all this now has nothing to do with Chen Xiao,former chairman of Guomei Appliances. After Chen left the company,the long dormant Zhang Dazhong came out of retirement to take over as chairman.Widely believed to be the spokesman for the Huang Guangyu family,Zhang commented＂There are many similarities between myself and the previous two chairmen.＂This indicates that there will be a certain amount of continuity in the way the company will be run in the future.
